Join Our Support Groups

Join one of our support groups beginning on January 16, 2024. The support groups are free to join. The support groups have the following dates and times:

📌Tuesdays 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm (The Mindful Connection Group)

📌Thursdays 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm (Thriving Together Self-Care Group)

NOTE: The Zoom link to join the group will be sent to you on-screen and via e-mail after signing up for the session. You must sign up before each session weekly to obtain the access code and Zoom link.

The Thriving Together Self-Care Group is a supportive haven devoted to discovering the transformative power of self-care. In this compassionate space, we openly share experiences, exchange strategies, and embark on a collective journey towards wellness. Engage in uplifting conversations, build connections, and receive the encouragement needed to prioritize your well-being.
